Dates Days Prior Delivery Milestones - Description
120 days Customer makes down payment and communicates changes so build plans can be started. Have all builder's bids back, apply for financing, and select your builder. You should also submit your progress plans with approved septic plan to the building department for permit.
80 days Customer signs and returns build letter to YBH. Further changes will be by Change Order. You should sign a contract with your builder, and finalize your financing.
46 days Changes are not practical less than 46 days before delivery. Finalize all colors and selections in yankeespecs. Confirm with Yankee Barn that you have a builder, permits, and your financing.
35 days Builder should have the site work scheduled.
15 days Builder completes concrete work, site is backfilled and rough graded with adequate space prepared for access and storage of building packages.
10 days Builder installs first floor deck and is ready for construction of your Yankee Barn Home.
1 day  All Terrain fork lift is delivered. Supervisor arrives from NH.
Delivery Components arrives by truck to your site.
